Tour

See it at work

Five real moments from the software, recorded as they are. Pick a tab or let it play on.

  • Drop in your designs: Sapiens trims the empty space, nests the pieces and the gang sheet grows on its own. Copies in one click, no wasted film.

  • Profiling, linearization, black generation, curves, gamut and ICC in a single suite, for colour within ΔE < 2.0.

  • Mark white and varnish by zones in one click and see the relief in 3D before you print.

    Learn more →
  • Right-click and the job opens in Sapiens PhotoPro or VectorPro. What you save comes back to the RIP through My Projects.

EDIT WITHOUT LEAVING THE RIP

Sapiens CoreFlow RIP has three editors built in. The job leaves the sheet, gets fixed and comes back: no exporting, no switching programs and no lost spots.

Editor ProGetting ready to print: cleanup, colour, halftones and embroidery.
Sapiens PhotoProImage retouching with layers and masks. White, varnish and cut spots arrive as editable channels.
Sapiens VectorProNode-by-node vector for logos, text and clean contours.

What sets us apart

THREE PILLARS.
ONE PLATFORM.

Every component of CoreFlow RIP is engineered in-house. No generic libraries, no shortcuts. Just textile-grade engineering with the operator in mind.

16-bit colour pipeline
LittleCMS v2, fully ICC v4 compliant. Smart white channel generation with boost, floor and choke adjustable per job. Real-time preview.
Native drivers: BYHX, HOSON and more
No third-party RIP dependencies. PRN output directly in nozzle geometry — no resampling, no quality loss. Support for up to 12 channels. Roland driver included as standard, and it already prints on Epson and Mimaki, with their drivers in integration.
Operator-first workflow
Non-blocking multi-thread architecture. Hot folders, batch printing, real-time job preview. So your operator never waits — and never loses money waiting.

Who is behind it

BUILT BY A PRINTER,
FOR PRINTERS

Thomas Romão Barin — DeltaE CoreFlow RIP
Thomas Romão Barin
Founder & CEO · DeltaE Color Matching

Mechatronics engineer with over 15 years in direct digital printing: projects, build and commissioning of printing equipment. I worked at Kornit and at Aeoon Technologies, where I was director of the Latin America branch.

I lived the DTF boom from the start — when printers were not yet stable and rasterization software was very poor. Later, the “do-everything” commercial RIPs released DTF drivers. They work, yes, but none covers the real needs of industrial DTF: they are fine for the small shop, but as the process grows and industrializes they do little more than send files to the printer.

That is why DeltaE CoreFlow RIP was born: software built from scratch for the central DTF production flow.

FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS

What is the best RIP software for DTF?
The best DTF RIP is one that matches color accurately (ΔE<2.0), talks natively to your electronics —BYHX, HOSON and Roland as standard; Epson and Mimaki in integration— and doesn't lock you into monthly fees. DeltaE CoreFlow RIP delivers a 16-bit color pipeline, native PRN output and a perpetual licence, engineered in-house for real DTF production. And everything is included from day one: no paid add-on modules or extra licences to buy later.
Is there an affordable alternative to professional DTF RIP software?
Yes. DeltaE CoreFlow RIP offers professional-grade DTF features —color management, halftoning, hot folders and multi-printer— with a perpetual licence from €800, with no mandatory monthly subscription.
Which printers are supported?
As standard, Sapiens CoreFlow RIP writes the native file for BYHX and HOSON boards with Epson I3200-A1/U1 heads, from 1 to 12 printheads: the hardware in most 30, 40 and 60 cm DTF printers. It also includes the Roland driver as standard, and already prints on Epson and Mimaki, with those drivers in integration and opened project by project. This covers the vast majority of today's DTF market: Procolored, DTF Station, Prestige and generic Chinese brands with these boards. If you are not sure which board your machine has, send us the model.
What is the difference between BYHX and HOSON?
It is the same engine with two output drivers. Sapiens CoreFlow RIP writes a native .PRN file for both, with no intermediate conversion: BYHX opens it in its Print Manager and HOSON in its printing software. The editor, nesting, colour management and every other feature are identical.
Does it require an internet connection?
Only to validate the licence. Sapiens CoreFlow RIP processes jobs 100% locally, and if the connection drops it can keep working for up to 7 days since the last successful validation. The computer must have been activated online at least once.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, there is a Trial mode with full functionality but limited in the number of files processable per day. Contact us or an authorized reseller to request a 7-day unrestricted trial license.
