There is no open download. Tell us which machine you run, we check that it is compatible and we send you the installer with your activation key.
Why there is no download button
Because a RIP is not an app you install and it just works. Every licence is tied to one machine, and the software has to talk to the specific board inside your printer: if that part does not match, it will not print, however cleanly it installs.
So we would rather check first. With your printer model we confirm whether it is compatible, and the installer reaches you with your key and the starting colour profile for your machine. It is one email of difference and it saves you an afternoon.
That also means there is no public download of Sapiens CoreFlow RIP. Every installer leaves from here, with its key and in the name of a specific company. If it reaches you by any other route, it is not ours.

What happens next
- We check your machine — with the model and the board we tell you whether it is compatible. If it is not, we say so and that is that.
- We send the installer — a single file, with your activation key and the instructions.
- You install and activate — fill in your details, paste the key and it is active on that computer. Internet is only needed for that step.
- We walk you through the first job — if you like, send us one of your real files and we look at it together.
What you will find
Two working modes in the same program — textile DTF and UV DTF 3D — each with its own jobs and output folders.
The user manual comes in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with screenshots of every screen. Requirements: Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, an Intel Core i5 processor or better, 8 GB of RAM —16 recommended— and 40 GB of free disk space.

How quickly do you reply?
During working hours, usually the same day. If you write at the weekend, on Monday. You are answered by DeltaE Color Matching directly, not by an outsourced support desk.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes, say so in the form. What helps most is sending us one of your real jobs: we rasterise it with Sapiens CoreFlow RIP and you see the printed result on your own machine before paying anything.
Can I download it somewhere else?
There is no public download of Sapiens CoreFlow RIP: the installer is handed over one at a time, after a request, with the key in your company's name. If you find a file claiming to be a download of ours, it did not come from us: it carries no valid licence, gets no updates and no support, and we cannot answer for what is inside it.
Is there a Mac version?
Not yet. Sapiens CoreFlow RIP today is for Windows 10 and Windows 11, which is the system the BYHX and HOSON boards in these machines work on. The macOS version is in development and has no date yet; leave us your email and we will tell you when it is out.
What if my printer is not compatible?
We tell you before you pay anything. That is why we ask for the model and the board: as standard, Sapiens CoreFlow RIP writes for BYHX, HOSON and Roland; if your machine is an Epson or Mimaki, it already prints on them with the driver in integration and we will explain how to join project by project. If it will not work for you, we would rather say so.
