What's new in Sapiens CoreFlow RIP
What has gone into the program, newest first. Everything listed here ships in the installer delivered today.
September 2026 · Roland as standard and tools requested by users
Most of this release comes from shops already producing with the program: they told us what was wasting their time and we solved it inside the RIP.
- Roland driver included as standard — validated on the VersaUV LG-640, with two factory profiles, head order per machine and cutting in the same pass. See the Roland page.
- Stray-pixel cleanup — new first tab in Editor Pro: marks the dirt in transparent areas and removes it, with eraser, restore, defringe, transparency threshold and crop to content. See how it works.
- Halftones — for darks with transparency and in inverted mode for the white, with a live preview. See DTF halftones.
- Embroidery effect — in DTF it gives a thread look; in UV DTF 3D it also builds relief with white and gloss with varnish. See the embroidery effect.
- Cut-line editor — nodes and curves, add and delete points, offset the contour in millimetres and optional freehand drawing. See print & cut.
- Sheet — defaults per working mode, send-to-printer address per mode and per device, and labels with custom text per sheet.
- PSD export — much faster, with exactly the same result.
- Version in the window — the version number shows in the title bar, so support knows in seconds which build you are on.
August and September 2026 · layout and 3D mode
The features published with version 26 that remain the basis of daily work:
- Automatic gang sheet — auto-crop, nesting and auto-expanding sheet, in DTF and in UV DTF 3D. See the DTF RIP.
- Embroidery in UV DTF 3D — automatic digitiser with six stitches, height per area and hollowing between stitches. See UV DTF 3D.
- Advanced driverless settings — custom resolutions per device, according to the head. See compatible printers.
- Job queue — live status, pause and cancel, one job at a time so none overwrites another.
- Up to 12 channels — special inks (orange, red, green, blue, fluorescent) and white 2 with mirroring, in the machine's physical order. See the DTF RIP.

How do I get the new features?
With the optional annual update pack for Sapiens CoreFlow RIP: the licence is perpetual and the program keeps working without it, but new versions come with the pack. Write to us or request the installer from the downloads page.
