Where do I get technical support?
If you bought Sapiens CoreFlow RIP through an official reseller, they are your first point of contact, in your language and time zone. Otherwise, write to info@deltaecolormatching.com with your licence number.
Is the annual update pack mandatory?
No. The Sapiens CoreFlow RIP licence is perpetual: the program keeps working even if you do not renew the pack. The pack gives you new versions and improvements while it is active.
Can we get training for the whole team?
Yes. It is organised in sessions, on your machine and with your real jobs, with us or with your official reseller.
What does consulting include?
Colour management, costs and ink consumption, setting up DTF and UV DTF 3D lines and organising production. It is explained on the consulting page.
