OEM integration for printer manufacturers

If you build, import or distribute DTF, UV DTF or UV printers, we can integrate Sapiens CoreFlow RIP with your machine: we develop a custom driver, validate it on your printer and you ship it with your hardware.

What is already integrated

We do not start from scratch with each brand. Today Sapiens CoreFlow RIP writes as standard for BYHX and HOSON boards, in real production, and already prints on Roland, Epson and Mimaki, with those drivers in integration.

  • 234 active licences in 10 countries.
  • 4 OEM agreements signed.
  • 1 manufacturer already selling its machines with the RIP included.
  • Software in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with a perpetual licence for your end customer: no monthly fee to explain at the point of sale.

Proof, not a promise

Sapiens CoreFlow RIP was born for HOSON and BYHX boards. This video shows it printing on other brands, in textile DTF and UV DTF, from the same program.

How we integrate a machine

The method is the same one that got us printing on Roland: start from what the machine already prints well, not from assumptions.

  • 1 · Real files. You send us files your machine prints correctly with its current software, plus its specification: board, printheads, channels, resolutions and width.
  • 2 · Driver. We work out the format from those files and Sapiens starts writing it directly, with no intermediate layer or Windows driver.
  • 3 · On-machine validation. Test charts for channel order, size, layers and cutting, until what is printed matches what was planned.
  • 4 · Delivery. Your machine profile goes into the installer, ready for your customers. If you need it, we talk about white label.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of machines does Sapiens CoreFlow RIP integrate with?

DTF, UV DTF and roll-fed UV printers that have their own file format. Sapiens CoreFlow RIP already writes as standard for BYHX and HOSON and already prints on Roland, Epson and Mimaki, with those drivers in integration. If your machine uses different electronics, tell us which.

What do you need from the manufacturer to get started?

Files the machine already prints well with its current software, and the specification: board, printheads, channels, resolutions and width. Sapiens CoreFlow RIP is integrated from those real files, and final validation is done by printing on the machine.

Can it ship under our brand?

Yes, white label is handled project by project. DeltaE Color Matching already has 4 OEM agreements and one manufacturer selling its machines with Sapiens CoreFlow RIP included; tell us in the form which kind of agreement interests you.

Does your end customer pay a subscription?

No. Sapiens CoreFlow RIP is sold as a perpetual licence, one single payment, and the annual update pack is optional. For anyone selling machines that is easier to explain than a monthly fee.

How long does an integration take?

It depends on the machine and the sample files, so we do not give a timeline blind. With the files and the specification in front of us, DeltaE Color Matching tells you what is needed and how long it will take before starting.

Do you distribute a brand that is not here yet?

Sapiens CoreFlow RIP integrations come from conversations with the people who have the machines. If your customers need a RIP for them, let's talk.
